Priority One was formed in 1993, specializing in the repair and service of flexible endoscopes and rigid endoscopes, surgical handheld instruments, as well as pneumatic, electric, and battery powered orthopedic power equipment. To ensure the highest quality of repairs, Priority One established a centrally located repair facility with three separate laboratories staffed with experienced technicians, each certified in their individual area of expertise. We are proud to invite our customers to visit our service center located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex where Priority One’s in-house capabilities sets it apart from the majority of the competition who must rely on sub-contractors for many of their repairs.
